A full inspection was conducted two weeks prior to you renting the vehicle. There aren't any maintenence issues and it's sad you would attempt to diminish someone's reputation due to your lack of accountability. You were attempting to get away without paying for trip extension, lied about being stuck in hill when in fact you didn't attempt to leave until your trip end time. Arriving 4 hours later. My customer service is impeccable.
