Smoker vehicle with extreme smoke smell - we asked to trade vehicles and they refused.
Out of 18 trips, you’re the only guest who has complained about a smell in this vehicle. Thank you for the one-star review.
Unfortunately, we cannot swap a vehicle for a guest when we don’t have any available cars in the fleet, and I explained that to you earlier.
If the smell was truly unbearable, you could have contacted Turo support at any time and requested to cancel the trip for a full refund. Just something to keep in mind for the future.
