This car was for our party of 8 with 2 car seats and quite a bit of luggage. Unfortunately a headrest in the second row was stuck folded forward which made the seat unusable. The owner stated they were aware and offered no solutions or remedy to help us. The fuel was not full when we picked up the vehicle, we retuned the vehicle full of fuel.

The vehicle pickup at LAX airport was at an offsite airport parking company, which provided shuttle services to pick my group up from the airport to their location. A day or so before I arrived in L.A. I specifically had to ask the vehicle owner what was the amount of the parking fee that I would be charged for pickup and drop-off from the offsite parking location, as no specific amount had been disclosed. After, my asked, I was told $40/each way. Again, this amount was only disclosed after I asked the owner a day or so upon my scheduled pickup. I would have liked to have known this amount in advance of my booking. My suggestion to this owner is to disclose the specific amount of the psrking fee charges in your advertisement of your vehicle on Turo.
