It smelled badly of cigarette smoke, for weeks. Nothing I used could take it away. I had to keep my products & belongings in plastic bags to negate it.
Thank you for your feedback. The car was professionally cleaned at pickup and had no smoke odor. You had the option to return the vehicle but chose to keep it for nearly two months. After the rental, the car was returned very dirty and required professional cleaning. I take cleanliness seriously and stand by the condition of the vehicle at the start of the trip.
