There was a logistics issue with the booking reservation and the Tesla Model X was unavailable. The Guest was notified immediately and made aware.

SoCal is one of the best Turo host among all of my trips(I had been using since 2019). Everytime when I had a questions about the car or charging, he replied immediately. I would rate him 10 stars if I could. Awesome guy with responsibility, super nice to talk to. If i didn’t book another car, I would extend another month. The service is super.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The owner was incredibly responsive even before I got into the car. He was perfectly on time for both pick up and drop off. I had zero negative issues. He answered every call and text promptly. The car was amazing and exactly what I was looking for. Overall, a fantastic experience. I don’t work for him, but he also has other really great cars available. You won’t be disappointed.
