This was my third time renting from Bryan and it was great experience as always! He did let me know ahead of time a check engine light was on that would not be able to be fixed before our trip, but it was only for an O2 sensor. He did offer me a replacement which I denied - the car still drove fine and the light ended up going off on its own before the end of my trip. The car was clean and drove great and is a very comfortable ride. Highly recommend both Bryan and his vehicle.

I’m sorry you felt that the brakes could be improved upon. The rear rotors and pads were just replaced less than a month ago and the fronts were checked. I did not notice any issues after picking up the vehicle after your trip.
