Hugo’s VW was clean and ran as it should. The AC worked perfectly and it was over 100 degrees. The pick up and drop off was convenient and easy. Hugo does not speak any English so communication is limited if you don’t speak Spanish.

There was a lot issues with the car, warning lights that need revision and the air tires were not good, the ac would not cool down or come off a lot of air (it’s been really hot these days). Also there was a annoying noise on the window and the left side mirror of the car was all taped. Plus sometimes I needed to start the car twice to actually start the car. Honestly money x quality it was not worth it. I think if this was way cheaper would be kind okay, you’re paying for what u get, but for only $40 more I could have gotten a car at the rental at aspen airport, if I knew, I would just do that. Plus the place is really far away from the bus stop so I needed to get a downtowner from there to the bus stop.

Hugo was very accommodating. He picked me up when I couldn’t get an Uber. The car was perfect and very affordable.
