Car was I great shape, easy pick up and drop off at airport.

Communication at pickup very poor, the car windshield has a crack, the snow brush/ice scraper broken and has to use our hands to clean snow off, tire pressure light was on and tires were low air when we received car.

Car is okey to drive but it has unclear or unresolved warnings like tire pressure low when l get the car. The windshield was broken also and that was not informed earlier or in the details. I have to change route of travel and did not go too far because l am not 100% confidence with the car. I have to change hotel bookings and itinerary upon picking up the car. I communicated to the manager but l got no response. The Car was not clean and smells like someone smoked inside. The smell was uncomfortable for me and my son.
