Thank you for the honest feedback, Ralph, and glad the car rode great. The AC on this Model X is fully functional, but Tesla climate can feel weak if the driver and passenger sides are set to different temperatures. Setting it to around 73, tapping Sync, and pointing the vents toward you keeps the cabin cool even on near 100 degree Florida days. I am always a text away during every trip and happy to walk any guest through the settings, so please reach out anytime.

Loved the car drives very well only gave 4 out of 5 because I had to charge the car a few times but the cars great!! Host is amazing as well answered all my questions and pick up and drop off where very easy also!! Will rent another car soon from host!

I paid from August 17-23 2026 $39 for self driving with supervisor and was working until August 20 because of mirror detached with camera for self driving, I should get reimbursement

FSD worked Aug 17-20 and stopped only when the windshield camera block with the mirror attached was knocked off while the car was in this guest's possession. The part shows physical damage and was securely mounted at check-in, as documented in photos. A damage claim has been filed with Turo. Requesting reimbursement for a feature disabled by damage from his own trip is not reasonable. Every car is inspected and its condition documented before each trip.
