Smelled like weed in the car
We can thank Turos terms of service for not addressing their terrible policies for both the vehicle owner as well as the renter. If I canceled the trip to address the problem appropriately (steam cleaning) it would flag my account. We chose to place odor eliminators and air fresheners to do the best we can to cover the previous renters smoking violation (that was also denied by Turo). We do however take every review and guests concerns serious and have addressed the smell at this time.
