Hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating. Had quite a few bumps in my trip and they were very understanding. They clearly care deeply about their rentals!

Rented a car couldn’t have been this easy. What a great way to change it up a bit. Why ever go through big chains. Download the app. Dude Pick the car up in your neighborhood get the keys in lock box. Tank is full clean. Good car for trip. Drop off easy take pictures send fill tank. That’s it. No waiting no dealing with people who hate their jobs. Way to go making life easy. Thanks. Florida rider.

Host was responsive and the car served its function. The dashboard screen flickered in and out depending on the mood of the car. Also the AC either didnt work or worked randomly so aggressively it produced visible cold vapor from the vents.
