Good communication and easy pickup/drop off but vehicle had a mechanical issue. A rubbing or grinding issue every time you turned left. Also, the initial parking fee was higher than posted in the app. And the middle rear seat buckle was missing, couldn’t dig it out between the seats. Super clean vehicle.
