All great things. Would rent again. Host was very communicative and helpful. Plan a little extra time for green lot pick up. It is easy but takes a while.

Pick up was great. Host gave excellent instructions for pickup.
A few details that didn’t ruin the trip, but noticeable:
Cracks in the windshield. Appreciate that the host noted this prior to delivery, but didn’t cancel the trip.
Horn didn’t work (odd)
Wipers need replacing, hard to see in heavy rainfall.
Musty smell with startup (assuming air conditioning/vent?) masked with air freshener but had to purchase two more for the trip.
Overall, a good ride. Minor hiccups, didn’t adversely affect the trip.
Appreciate the great communication.
Would use this vehicle again, with minor adjustments.

Larry was awesome. It was my first time using TURO and he was astonishingly patient and helpful. I had so many questions and my flight was constantly being delayed..spending 11 hours at O'hare airport! He constantly reassured me of car being there...pictures of pick up van ...how to get car..calls.. etc..
I didn't get car until 4:30 the next morning. His car was in pristine condition and it handled beautifully. THANK YOU so much. Alexandria:)
