The car, its features and the pickup instructions were good, but it had a strong stench of cigarette smoke. My family is allergic and instantly started coughing. When contacted, the host said that is how the car smelled since it was purchased, and denied that it was smoke odor. I worked with Turo to cancel the booking and got a full refund, and had to make my own rental plans outside of Turo. This experience was extremely disappointing and wish something like this would be mentioned in the listing.
