Great experience renting this car. Pick-up was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with the owner was quick and easy whenever I had a question. The car met all expectations and was exactly what you need if you need a rental car. Would definitely recommend and rent again!

Car was clean and tank was full. Drop off and pick up was prompt and from the comfort of my own home. Will rent again.

Car owner was asking me a lot of questions when I arrived to pick up the car. Many car features do not function properly. Multiple service engine lights came on during my trip. Car was dirty and uncomfortable
The guest asked to pick up the car earlier than her pick up time and we asked her to change trip on the app which she didn’t like
I think that was the reason of her inconvenience
Other than that trip finished on time and we didn’t receive any complains from her during the trip
Any trip change should be done on the app for the liability reasons and to document the responsibility of each party
