Got the trip done but had trouble accelerating after some stops and going a certain mph you can tell something is wrong

Host informed me an hour before pick up about a damaged/bent rim and tire vibrations. The whole reason I rented a vehicle was to avoid this, but my plans were already made around the pick up time and I had no choice but to accept it. The car made it through the trip but it was pretty rough. The vibrations were worse than I was told, it also pulls pretty significantly and it bounced at slow speeds. This vehicle needs to be taken into the shop and looked at before being taken on any more long trips.

I am sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. I did alert you a couple hours before your trip, once I received the vehicle back and had a chance to and drive it for myself. Because it has stayed rented with previous reservations, I have not had a chance to have the rim fixed. That said, the guests that have rented after you, confirmed a slight vibration that was hardly noticeable. No one has said anything about a bounce, which is why I have not canceled any trips.
