I rented a car from TURO / Darien. It was a rental car - clean - ran well - good MPH - everything worked - happy with it!!! I want you to know about Darien. I'm 78 years old. This technical stuff puts me in a spiral. Of course, TURO is automated, so I was in the barrel when it came to the tech stuff. Dariel walked me thru some of it, but some I could not see past the fog. What I couldn't get done, Dariel had me send him the info and he inputted it for me. Folks, you don't get that from the agent across the counter. I sure hope he is successful and is still there next year. If he is not, we all loose!!!

This vehicle drove fabulously. While I visited, Columbus had some extremely wet weather. This car was a beast, and didn’t miss a beat! I felt safe and secure driving around in it. Darien was extremely prompt when I had only two questions about the return. He wanted to make sure I was well taken care of. Everything went very smoothly. I will definitely rent from this Turo again if my need ever arises. Thank you, Darien!!! Great experience.

The car ran great. I just had to listen to one radio station. I couldn’t get the radio to work. I didn’t feel an emergency due to me only using it for 24 hours.
