The vehicle needs a lot of TLC. When we opened the car door, the inside was flirty-dirty with all kinds of pet hair dust, dirt, and mud on the floor board, dash and seats. Just prior to us arriving to the vehicle we received a message to ignore the engine light. The air conditioning went out and the gas tank would not accept gas without the pump turning off several times. I went back to review prior comments and discovered the engine light was report as an issue as far back as September 2025 and the AC was as also report as an issue in past reviews.
Truly apologize for inconvenience and do appreciate the feedback. Please understand the issues you had during your trip were new issues that were unknown prior to your trip as the previous customer had absolutely no issues at all. Understand they will be taken care of.
