Our online process was horrible. We wanted to add a second driver. We finally connected with an online assistant who was in Egypt. He was kind, and patient however, our online responses were timed out in matter of seconds and passwords weren’t accepted, repeatedly. Insanity is repeating the same thing and expecting different results. It was an insane experience. We never achieved our desire to add a second driver.
We were surprised to learn we needed to find a ride from the airport to the car, delaying us, so we arrived at our destination later than anticipated. Upon locating the car, the owner was polite and helpful and the car worked great! The return of the car went smoothly.
