On top of being almost an hour late in giving access to her vehicle, Karen also filed an incident report to blame me for the rear license plate being bent, which she conveniently noticed after she’d driven it away from where I returned it.
My advice, take as many pictures as you can and be prepared to be patient.

I had moved the car to a bright location to take pictures of the car due to the parking ramp being so dim and parking being too tight. You didn’t upload any pictures before or after your trip which would’ve helped.There was a delay due to not sharing any information about your landing and license not being uploaded until after your start time. I try my best to be available until the start time but I also have other commitments. I answered 10 minutes after you have claimed to get your bags.Thanks
