The A/C or heat will not turn off and there is a loud noise that comes and goes but other than that the car and service was great.

I reserved car for the 20th @10:00 to the 22nd of June @10:00. On June the 21 they made me extend the reservation because they said it was about to expire and that’s not what i agreed upon . They took another 165 out of my account for the next day which was very unfair.
I called Turo and explained what happened and she told me I extended the reservation to the date I already had reserved.
