I want to leave a good review because this host’s demeanour was friendly enough however, the car in the picture is in better condition than the one I drove. The front tires were bald, some trim was falling down around the back tires and the car was all around sticky and dirty and smelled like a McDonald play-place. While I appreciate the concern shown that I might not have the vehicle available to me on time, I feel like this was an added stress that I didn’t need to have attached to my rental. In the host’s defence, he did say he was aware that the tires were bald and that they were on order. However, this did not concern them enough to not offer this car as a rental option. I’m sure there are extenuating circumstances that allowed this to happen but I won’t be using this host in the future.

None of these concerns were brought to my attention during the trip. I take safety and cleanliness seriously and believe reviews should be fair, factual, and based on the actual experience.
