Car was very nice and had great luggage capacity. Easily fit 6 checked bags plus carry ons. Excellent communication from the owner. Both pick and drop off were smooth.

The owner was a gentleman and arrived to our pick up destination with ease and communicated effectively at booking, arrival and drop off.

However, this was my first disappointment with Turo. The vehicle arrived with significant damage to the exterior backside and a broken tail light. Since I was traveling for business under a time constraint and hosting clients this was of concern and disappointment.

Additionally, there was a mild and lingering body odor smell when I first entered the vehicle and would not seem to go away. It was on the seatbelt and sunken into the fabric of the seats. Although mild- all passengers could smell it.

Another important distinction was the interior tan fabric seats on each seat were completely riddled with black dirt markings.

Lastly, I didn’t want to make a big deal about it but my reservation was to be complete at 7:30AM. I dropped the car off at our agreed destination at 7:15AM at the airport but the host requested that I pay for a 4 hour short term parking - this was a small fee of $8 but I feel that out of principle we had an agreement to exchange the vehicle at 7:30 and I could have either not paid for short term parking or only pay for the $2 option if he had requested a shorter term. This small detail only felt
exaggerated since I had great disappointment with the vehicle overall.
