The pick up for the vehicle was very uncomfortable, host gave me a time he would have the car at location then arrived 15 minutes after the car was suppose to be at location . Host also made me do a in person meet up after stating in Turo he would leave key in console. Host stood
By the car until I arrived at the car, then verbally gave me different drop off location instructions. As a female this made me very nervous! I’ve never did business with Turo like this before. I asked him to leave the location since the app was saying the key was in the car cause I could see him standing near and I wasn’t comfortable he acted as if he was going to leave and as soon as I came to the car he walked up.
Don't give trip to diamond otherwise u received one review without no reason She choose airport location than text me turo messages (Is it anyway we could meet somewhere close to the airport? I seem to always have a hard time finding the locations at the airport) we share the location in turo so customer find easily She don't know how to find location and blame to host. We locked and take ride i see She is their as she confused i ask and help her she want to dropped off some other location
