Jack’s Model Y with FSD was terrific: clean, comfortable, and brand new. The communication with Jack was flawless. He answered all of my questions quickly and was kind enough to deliver the car to our hotel in San Francisco and pick it up at a different location at the end of our trip. This was my first Turo rental but it won’t be my last. Turo (and Jack) provided a level of service that is far superior to anything that a traditional rental service would do.
