Overall a good experience; the car was good and the staff was very responsive. I didn't give 5 stars as there was a billing problem I wasn't able to satisfactorily get resolved. The fees I was told would apply were lower than what I was billed for; the explanation given was just that this is how Turo works even though I had been told they would be a decent amount lower.

Sorry we couldn’t fully resolve the misunderstanding about the post-trip charging cost. When you returned the vehicle, you wrote:
“I didn't fully charge it back so I'd like to pay the $10 recharge fee plus costs for electricity.”
You later stated that you believed the total post-trip recharging charge should have been only $10. We did our best to explain the difference, and we’re sorry we weren’t able to resolve the misunderstanding.We value clear communication and appreciate your feedback.
