Overall a good experience; the car was good and the staff was very responsive. I didn't give 5 stars as there was a billing problem I wasn't able to satisfactorily get resolved. The fees I was told would apply were lower than what I was billed for; the explanation given was just that this is how Turo works even though I had been told they would be a decent amount lower.
