The car was easy to find, clean, and the hosts were such clear communicators! The car itself has some great features, like lane assistance, smart cruise controls, and really adjustable seating for the driver. Very enjoyable trip & more affordable than other rental car services. Only general note for others is: Picking up at SFO ($40 fee) may be worth it because the Uber fee to the pickup location is just about that anyway!

The car has a great exterior, but I experienced a serious safety concern during my rental — the brakes were making a grinding noise throughout the trip. I flagged this to the owner and even offered to help source replacement brake pads, but unfortunately received no response.
Given that the vehicle has 80,000 miles on it, regular maintenance checks — especially on brake components — would go a long way in ensuring renter safety. I’d strongly encourage the owner to have the brakes inspected and serviced before the next rental.
I’d recommend future renters test the brakes carefully before committing to a longer trip.

Adrian sent a very helpful message prior to us picking up to car to help up save on airport parking fees. The car was very clean upon pickup and runs great. We were very happy with our trip!
