I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience renting through Turo. From the beginning, everything just felt easy and stress-free. Ethan really stood out—he was so considerate, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful the whole time. It made a big difference knowing I could rely on him if I had any questions.

The listing included 3PMSF snow tires, however upon pickup the car had only M S tires (Turo policy states snow tires must be 3PMSF). This was a stressful hiccup as we planned to take the vehicle to the mountains for some skiing. However the host worked hard to address the situation, picked up the car from where we were (hadn’t left the city yet) and called us first thing in the morning to confirm the car now had snow tires on it. Very cool effort on the host’s part to set things right and address the situation💪. Trip to the mountains went great and vehicle handled flawlessly!
