The car was as I expected. It was clean a little bumps and dense, but no issues. Car ran well hosts were great. It was right where it was supposed to be and they communicated with me since this was my first time using the Terrell and I had some questions and I wasn’t quite clear on all of the procedures. They were great and very patient with me.

The pickup was super easy and the car was perfect for what we needed. The hosts were extremely kind, answered quickly, and made the process simple. They even let us extend our time after a flight delay. The only thing I wish I knew was to pack a usb cord because you need it to connect to Apple play. Overall, highly recommend.

The car was great and the gas millage was awesome. The host communicated well and the pick up location worked out. The hotel shuttle takes a little longer than expected so give yourself extra time to get to your airport gate. We had two hours by the time the shuttle picked us up and got to our gate 20 minutes before boarding started. I always give myself extra time at SFO due to traffic and the large volume of people.
