Great communication and they were able to get me a car within an hour since my other Turo was canceled. The car was also so nice and smooth though I enjoyed it as well.

Car and pick up were fine, but car was dropped off over 6 hours early, resulting in higher parking fees. Host was dismissive. Not sure if I’ll be given a parking fee refund.
Turo refunded airport parking fee as per policy the same day car was picked up
