Welcome, I’m a all star and power host on Turo and I host hundreds of trips every year. Please feel free to contact me if you have any concern or questions. Below are some critical information you would like to know before booking the car. For SFO delivery, I have various options available for pickup. Economic, fastest or normal way. We can figure out once the trip is booked. For SJC delivery, I’ll deliver the car to air port economy parking lot 1. You will need to pay for the parking fee when existing the lot(I’ll pay for the returning parking fee, so we are splitting half &half). I'll send you the exact parking location once I drop off the car. You need to take the shuttle bus from the terminal to the parking lot. Boarding area of the shuttle is outside baggage claim at either terminal. (more information here: https://flysanjose.com/services/inter-terminal-shuttles) Detail instruction will be sent before trip start. This car is registered with FasTrak (aka Auto Toll), you can use any toll lane /bridge without penalty. The reimbursement will be filed after the trip. I clean up and sanitize every car for every trip. The car is expected to be returned after proper cleaning. If the car is significantly more dirty than it was picked up, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Smoking and Pets are strictly prohibited in my vehicles and you will be fined through Turo if the policies are violated. PARKING DETAILS I have assigned parking spaces in Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Burlingame locations and SJC. Please return the car to the same area as you picked up. I also offer 1 way drop off at these 3 locations. You are always welcome to check my other listing vehicles. I’m looking forward to provide a stress free experience for your upcoming trip.

Guidelines
My hours are open 24/7 as long as I am given 12 hours advance notice. All my trips are set for self pick-up and drop-off, Please upload a selfie of you holding the driver license and a separate photo of driver’s license to pre trip photos under "DETAILS" section. I will send pick-up instruction before the trip starting. In order to keep your own record. It’s always a good habit to take photos of exterior, interior, odometer and fuel level before and after trip. *** Cleanness *** Cars get dirty, I understand, but per TURO policy, renters are obliged to return car in as-good or better tidiness than given. So before you leave the car please: take out trashes, Shake the mats, clear foot prints if any. NO Smoking, NO pets in the car please. Violators will be subject to fine up to $150 based on turo fees&fines policy. ***Fuel*** Gas will always be the same or more with when you picked up the car. Missing Gas: If you do not have time to fill up the tank upon return, no problem. The standard charge is $10 inconvenient fee + the cost of gas. *** Late Return *** If you want to extend your trip for several hours, you can just modify the time through Turo dashboard. Or message me on Turo to see whether the car is OK for a slightly late return. (This is to protect you as Turo insurance is only effective during the rental periods) Any late return without mutual consent would lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations. ***Accident and Unexpected Issue*** --For accident, collision and other: If there's human body injuries, call 911. To solve any issue about the car, call 24/7 roadside support [Number redacted for privacy and security] immediately. Or text "Hi" to [Number redacted for privacy and security]. *** Long Term Rental *** Long-term rental request is very welcome. Feel free to message me if you plan to rent my car for a couple of weeks/months. Car was great, communication easy. Pick up and drop off location pain in behind. Waited for free bus over 20 minutes and then paid $35 for Uber ride. Return trip at 6 am also a $24 Uber trip. Big hidden cost.
