Brakes are dangerously not working

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. The vehicle’s brakes were inspected and are working properly. If you drove on dirt or gravel roads, some sliding is normal. We maintained clear communication and responded promptly throughout your trip. Your refund request was for a non-refundable booking, which is handled by Turo’s policy. We appreciate your business and hope to provide you with a better experience in the future.
