Host was very understanding when I needed to extend the rental.

This vehicle was a complete bust… Within hours of renting the vehicle it conked out on us on the freeway. The vehicle had to be towed away. This happened over Fourth of July weekend and they were not able to provide another vehicle for us therefore leaving us high and dry! They were also of no help when it came to refunding their charges for this faulty vehicle.

Dealer found the guest abused the vehicle driving over 120mph with engine rpm over 6000rpm on the 4th gear. and continue driving it after warning the car will overheat, we end up have to replace a new engine and claim mechanical damage
Easy pickup and drop off at SFO. Great car!
