Great car and a great host. Car was linked new and host was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely use this host again as he gave suggestions and assistance well above the level I would have expected. My first Turo experience and won’t be my last.

Host and car were both amazing. Exceptional communication from the host. Easy drop off to location. Car was clean, new and updated tech. Drove very well. Charger was included in the vehicle and made it easy to charge with our setup at home. Highly recommend this car and host for future bookings.

We rented the car for a weekend getaway with family. The car is in great condition, has all the convenience packages like driving assistant plus. The host Zaid was always available and communicated really well. Would definitely rent again.

We returned the car to the DoubleTree lot at 7:50 am.
The car was great and Zaid our contact extremely responsive and helpful.
The email from Turo regarding the ending protocol came long after we had already dropped off the car and informed the owner we had done so. It would have been helpful to have had that info earlier as I apparently did not take enough pictures.
This is the third time I have used Turo to provide a rental car in CA. I will definitely do so again. Our most recent experience was Zaid was the best so far.
