We returned the car to the DoubleTree lot at 7:50 am.
The car was great and Zaid our contact extremely responsive and helpful.
The email from Turo regarding the ending protocol came long after we had already dropped off the car and informed the owner we had done so. It would have been helpful to have had that info earlier as I apparently did not take enough pictures.
This is the third time I have used Turo to provide a rental car in CA. I will definitely do so again. Our most recent experience was Zaid was the best so far.

Highly recommend Zaid as a host. He is extremely responsive. The pickup and drop off experience was effortless. The car itself was in immaculate condition. This Turo experience exceeded my expectations.
