The car had a low coolant issue after 10 minutes I drove off, I contacted the owner and I agreed to wait more than one hour to have one of his workers to come and refill it. After that, the car was still having issues so we agreed that he would have refunded me, but instead, after telling me that he was on the phone with Turo to fix it, I got a message that he filed a complaint for wrong car return and got billed $51. The customer help managed to solve the situation and get me a refund. Overall, he looked really helpful and nice all the time, but in the end he just tried to scam me and charge me for no reason to cover the cost of his workers. He ruined my family trip to Susalito.

The car was clean and in great condition! It ran smoothly and had no issues. Even though I booked this trip very last minute the host was responsive and at the end offered to extend the trip.
