Very bad business..! I have messaged host right before trip began that I couldn’t make to Chicago where the car rental would have started due to flight cancellation! Host didn’t reply after I asked refund partially!
I have never got to use the vehicle at all…

The interior had a slight smell to it. It ran fine and got me where I needed to go. Host is responsive and gave all the info needed.

Battery died on me once, thankfully my family member was able to help. Turo provided option afterwards,but didn't have any further issues with the car. Host was nice
