Host was a little late for the drop off and there were a couple issues with the car. However the host communicated most of the issues preemptively and was easy to work with

Car had a couple issues but got my family from point A to B but could have been cleaner and certain issues could have been told prior to get it overall decent though.

Issues? VISOR inside mirror recently cracked by prior guest. Cleaner? Met guest with recently cleaned vehicle at o'hare at midnight with absolutely no communication prior. First time turo guest. What can ya do
