The car was very nice and ultimately the trip went well, but we did have a few issues. Communication with the host could have been better (would not give us clear answer on pick-up process until refundable period expired), the car was not filled with gas (we returned it full nonetheless), gum on the passenger floor mat (we had cleaned), and we received a citation for the car not having a front license plate (law in state of California). All items that can be improved upon, so hopefully they will be moving forward!

hidden charges only told after we were charged for the entire trip that we had to pay an additional $70 to retrieve the keys. Vehicle location on the turo app address they had listed took us to the wrong location.

The hosts communication was very poor. There were additional costs that were not disclosed prior and getting to the car to pick up was not convenient nor communicated

Car was in great condition, still has new car smell. Very comfortable, good fuel mileage. Great experience.
