I would love to resolve any issues you may have had but I am not sure what you mean by this comment. I have not had any reported issues with the key fob and it is working as it should.
The car was very nice and stylish! Second time renting from John and he was very helpful as usual!

When we first got the car everything was great. However once we left for our trip about 30min into the trip the ac got extremely hot and we received a warning of extreme heat for the vehicle. I notified the owner immediately. A few hours later I got a response. The car did this multiple times during our trip. Mainly when going up a hill. I do not recommend renting this specific vehicle only. Seems like it needs some repairs done to it. However the owner was nice respectful and I would rent again from him just not this vehicle.

Thank you so much for your feedback on the vehicle. As I mentioned to you this is a first time for this vehicle to have that type of issue and I will immediately have my mechanic look into it to make sure it is resolved. I pride myself in providing safe and well maintained cars. I hope you give me a chance in the future to make it up to you with a better experience. Thanks again John.
