The car needs new wipers. The heater doesn’t work, and the inside of the window was very dirty, which was concerning as we arrived in a downpour. Overall, the car drove fine.

Par for the Course of living in the Desert: Wiper blades fail sooner here than say in WA State, caused by near constant heat and UV damage to the rubber.
Guest did not inform us duuing the trip that the wipers had become degraded as they were driving through a downpour, Just continued driving..... we could have resolved this in an hour taking new wipers and installing them, But.....
Can not substantiate the Guest's other complaint, Heater is functional, selecting "Recirc" helps in cold weather.
All was good. A little hectic bringing vehicle back.
