Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this rental. There were several serious maintenance and safety concerns: worn windshield wipers made visibility extremely difficult while driving through a storm, the vehicle shook noticeably on the expressway and appeared to need an alignment, the Driver Assist Service warning came on the first day, and the tire pressure warning remained on despite the PSI being correct.
Most concerning was a large bolt/screw protruding from the back-row floor, which was an extreme safety hazard, especially with my child riding in the vehicle.
The rear TV also did not work, despite being a major reason I chose this rental for my son. The owner informed me it had not worked since the summer, but this was not disclosed in the listing. The vehicle also had an unpleasant smell upon pickup.
My original rental had been canceled at the last minute, leaving me limited options while traveling to my brother’s funeral. Unfortunately, these issues made an already difficult trip considerably more stressful. I cannot say I was satisfied with the condition, maintenance, or safety of this vehicle.
On good note, pick up was smooth and easy.
