This was our first time using Turo. Patrice was patient in answering our questions and always responded quickly. We offered to pay to add FSD and he was accommodating. The car was clean and in great condition. Pickup and drop off were easy. We highly recommend Patrice and Tessie and will use again when in the Buffalo area.
