Lee was great! Pickup and drop-off were both easy. I had to change the drop-off because of an early flight, and he responded quickly and walked me through the process of making the change.
I didn’t love the tire clause that made me responsible, especially since the city is full of potholes—that feels more like a city issue. I paid extra for insurance just in case and hoped for the best. Thankfully, there were no issues, and I would book again.

Service Alert on car. There were other minor issues. Had to shut off the car to stop the seatbelt alert
Service alert is simply an upcoming oil change reminder(“it says service soon”.) Seat belt alert is a manufacture’s safety feature that I have no control over.
