Car had a lot of damage when picked up, spare tire on, dirty on the inside, marks on the seats, loose side panel, tire air light was on, very hard to speed up

It was not this pair. It was a hubcap, and that damage happened from the Rental hours before you as a host. You have to decide to either cancel for cosmetic reasons or provide the rental that was reserved. It was raining so the sand was from the mud and dropping off the discoloration on the backseat was provided to you at check-in going forward as a renter through responsibility to look at the car you book. This is an economy car not a performance car.
Very clean, good reliable car. Would recommend, looking forward to renting again .
