The car itself was great and met my expectations. However, the delivery experience was disappointing. The vehicle arrived late, which caused me to be late for work. During the delay, I received no response to my messages, and I was only contacted after the car had already arrived. Clear communication is important, especially when the rental is needed for work or another time-sensitive event. I later learned from support that hosts may be up to 30 minutes late, but I believe renters should be made aware of that in advance so they can plan accordingly.

My apologies🥺 we were 8 minutes late after we completed ✔️ check in photos, read your text to change the delivery location, got back in the car and started entering your gated community, encountered you, and turned back around to the front area to hand you the keys. We wish this had not happened!! Thank you and God bless!
