Check engine light came on last day of trip. Immediately notified Host, asked what they wanted us to do. Host asked if we could take it to an auto parts store to get a diagnostic. We did not have time, expressed that. Host next messaged she was on the phone with Support and we needed to call roadside assistance for a tow because they didnt want anymore damage done to the vehicle. Called roadside assistance, they attempted to schedule a tow from our house to the host, which was less than 5 miles. Support informed me tow was declined by host due to cost. I was then informed by support and host that the host had been given my address and they were on their way for pick up.
Meanwhile I had to find a way to pick up my kids from school and was offered a voucher to get them an UBER. Support could not issue the voucher until Host accepted responsibility for the vehicle. Support contacted Host to ask if they would accept responsibility for the vehicle, she declined saying she was 5 minutes away. After 7 minutes supoort could no longer reach her and so they issued the voucher. Host showed up with multiple vehicles over an hour after they stated they were on their way from less than
