Pick up location at the airport was great.
Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing BIZANQ Car Rental. We understand you gave us 4 stars because of the odor concern, and I truly apologize for that experience. Unfortunately, although our vehicles are strictly non-smoking, some guests do not follow the rules and may smoke marijuana before returning the car. We always clean and air out the vehicle between trips, but light odors can sometimes remain temporarily. Thank you for your understanding.
