10/10 I highly recommend this suv for the following reasons:
1. The suv runs and drives perfectly and is very clean with no smells.
2. Katelynn is very accommodating. We had to change our trip time and dates more than once and she responded to our request within minutes and adjusted to our needs every time.
3. This is our second trip in this car and we had apparently left items behind the first time and they were promptly returned to us.

Everything was perfect. Clean. Drove great and very fuel efficient. Pick up location posed no problems. Host was friendly!
