Need alignment and oil change

Hi Letanja. To clarify for future guests: the "Change Oil Soon" message during your 700-mile trip is a routine scheduled reminder, not low oil. If there was a real problem, the Check Engine light would be on. Also, unless you're a mechanic, it’s hard to diagnose an alignment issue without telling us what the car was doing. Our mechanic confirmed the oil is full and the alignment is perfect. Please communicate issues during the trip so we can help! Thank you, Uptown Management LLC.
This car was amazing…check in was easy and so was drop off. Mr Chad was so helpful and extremely nice. Will definitely be renting again.
