I usually dont write bad reviews because it affects the host's business but this was a big SAFETY concern. Michael was very helpful when needed. All 4 tires were bald and dangerously ready to blow. Each tires showed metal cores. Very unsafe but we were able to return the car and get a refund back after getting in touch with TURO's terrible customer service. Other then the tire issue. For what its worth Michael kept the car very clean and tidy. Everything works as designed. I would rent this car again with newer tires on lol.
